About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Temporary Receptionist in the Northern Suburbs to join our team at O’Brien Recruitment. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

Matric Certificate
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required
