About the Role
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Temporary Receptionists in the Northern Suburbs to join our team at O’Brien Recruitment. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role
