We are currently recruiting for a high calibre Videographer, Digital Content Producer & Visual Storyteller to join a premier leader in nature conservation and professional field training. ???? ?? ??? ? ???????? ????????? ???? ???; it is a call to action for a creative who can capture the raw, unscripted heartbeat of the African bush and translate it into a world-class digital presence. We are looking for a storyteller who can transition seamlessly from tracking wildlife in the dust to refining polished, high-end edits that stop the scroll. You will serve as the creative pulse of the brand, turning golden-hour magic and life-altering educational moments into a powerful, permanent digital legacy. Working in close alignment with a dynamic Marketing and Sales team, you will bridge the gap between remote wilderness experiences and a global audience. Your playground will be a hybrid of a centralized hub and immersive field locations, where you will conceptualize and execute a diverse range of content – from high-energy social media reels and live stories to sophisticated long-form documentaries and technical e-learning modules. ???? ???? ?????? ????????? ???????? ???????????, ???????? ??? ?? ???? ????????? ?? ??? ?????? ????????? ???? ??? ????? ?????????? ?? ??? ????? ????? ?????. The ideal candidate is a “bush-hardy” professional who views a four week operational cycle in the wild not as a challenge, but as the ultimate workspace. You must possess the technical grit to manage complex gear in remote environments and the artistic finesse to master a full post-production suite. It is preferred that the successful candidate be based in Hoedspruit or Nelspruit, or be willing to relocate to either. The company is however open to considering candidates based elsewhere, provided you can travel to the camps as required and complete the editing and admin components etc. remotely from your home base. If you are physically fit, digitally savvy, and obsessed with the intersection of conservation and cinema, you are the ideal candidate. Clear criminal record; Excellent employment track record references will be verified; Excellent English fluency & literacy; Social media and digital content creation experience; Degree or Diploma in Film/Video/Media/Related field ?? equivalent practical experience; Excellent photography and videography skills, including proficiency with camera equipment; High level of computer literacy and technical competence; Experience with sound recording and mixing ??????????/????????????/?????? Strong visual storytelling ability with a creative, solutions-focused mindset; Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects; Physically fit and able to work long hours when required; Comfortable creating live content, stories, and real-time social media material; Willingness and ability to live and work in remote locations on a four-week operational cycle. ??? ???????????????? Conceptualise and brainstorm creative video ideas aligned with marketing objectives; Plan; film, and edit video content for use across websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns; Develop and present creative concepts and storyboards; Execute full post-production workflows, including reviewing footage, rough cuts, sound mixing, colour correction, motion graphics, and final edits using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; Create multiple content outputs from a single shoot (e.g. reels, shorts, clips, long-form videos, stories); Capture both video and still photography content, including editing and post-processing images; Film on location in remote bush environments and at campuses; Record and edit voice-overs where required; Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment; Adapt content style to suit different platforms, audiences, and brand needs; Manage project archiving, file organisation, and secure backups upon completion; Stay current with industry trends, tools, and platforms to keep content fresh and competitive; Assist in recruiting and managing a media intern for short-term projects when required; Support the setup and maintenance of a production and editing workflow for recording lectures and content for the e-learning platform. ???????????? / ??????? / ???? ????? Approximately 3 weeks will be spent rotating between various camps to capture content, with the fourth week dedicated to editing, post-production etc. Additionally 15 annual leave days per annum. Time off accrues as follows – Days off: 1.5 days off for every 5.5 days worked. Annual leave – 1 day for every 17 days worked. ????? ?? ????
