Job Summary
Duties and responsibilities: Inventory: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure optimal inventory levels. Order Processing: Coordinate the receipt, processing, and shipment of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods for quality, handle damaged goods, and maintain quality standards. Safety and Compliance: manage the safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations. Team Supervision: Oversee warehouse staff, assign tasks, and manage workflows. Data Management: maintain record-keeping, reporting, and performance analysis. Customer Service: Liaise with clients and handle inquiries related to orders and inventory Any other ad hoc duties as required by management: Assisting with Online orders Picking, Packing and Dispatching Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse administration or a related field. Computer literate including MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook & Explorer, POS would be advantageous but not essential Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. MUST have a Valid driver`s license Skills : Inventory management and control. Order processing and logistics. Quality control and assurance. Team leadership and supervision. Data analysis and reporting. Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 2 x Saturday per month
