Job Specification & Description Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Wedding Co-ordinator to join our team. This role requires a passionate, organised, and client-focused individual who can transform wedding visions into seamless and unforgettable events. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget Plan, co-ordinate, and oversee all aspects of wedding events from start to finish Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth execution Develop timelines, floor plans, and detailed event schedules Manage set-up, décor, and full on-the-day coordination Ensure exceptional service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction Handle last-minute changes calmly and professionally Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Requirements and Skills Proven experience as a Wedding Co-ordinator or Event Planner Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events Professional presentation and customer service excellence
