Responsibilities:
Installing, troubleshooting, and commissioning PLCs and field instrumentation. Installing, troubleshooting, and commissioning electrical panels, apparatus, transducers, motors, UPSs, and drives. Performing maintenance on PLCs and field instrumentation. Conducting corrective maintenance on PLCs and field instrumentation. Providing technical and operational systems support to the process division. Ensuring all systems are maintained and optimized for efficient performance. Performing maintenance on electrical panels, apparatus, transducers, motors, UPSs, and drives. Handling logistics engineering tasks such as systems configuration control. Must have a Valid Driver License. Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) N6 or National Dip in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic) Skills 23 years experience as a Technician. 2 years experience in wiring Control & Instrumentation panels. Proven experience in product testing, including test specifications and procedures. Expertise in interfacing equipment at signal level. Experience in electronic design. Familiarity with radar, electronic warfare, and communication systems. Experience in the maintenance and repair of ship systems, including electrical, electronic, and control systems.
