Role Purpose The Fundraiser will be responsible for securing financial support from individuals, corporates, trusts, and philanthropic organisations to sustain and grow the NPOs programmes. The role is purely commission-based, rewarding performance.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and approach potential donors, sponsors, and partners (locally and internationally).Develop and present compelling funding proposals, presentations, and pitches.Build and maintain strong, long-term donor relationships.Organise fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.Ensure accurate record-keeping of fundraising activities, donors, and outcomes.Provide regular reports on funds raised, prospects in the pipeline, and achieved targets.Represent the organisation in a professional manner aligned with its vision and values.Requirements: Proven experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or business development.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent networking ability with established donor or corporate contacts (advantageous).Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.Understanding of the non-profit/NGO sector and community development (preferred).High level of integrity and commitment to the organisations mission.
