Minimum Requirements & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in a related field, preferably Project Management
• Minimum 5–7 years’ project planning experience within Mining / SIB project environments
• Strong understanding of project management and project controls
• Proficient in:
  • Microsoft Office
  • MS Project
  • Primavera (P6)
• Proven experience managing schedules, progress tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet project milestones

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope and develop detailed, integrated project schedules
• Identify activity sequencing, durations, and resource requirements
• Monitor progress, track variations, trends, and forecast impacts
• Compile planning, progress, and procurement reports for stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project planning records and documentation
• Coordinate change control throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish and manage stakeholder communication schedules
• Review quality and completeness of project deliverables against plan
• Support evaluation of project performance against objectives and milestones
