Job Summary
Our client an independent financial services firm committed to providing expert financial planning and wealth management solutions to their clients. They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Financial Advisor in their Stellenbosch office.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide expert financial advice and planning to clients.
– Conduct financial needs analysis and develop personalized financial plans.
– Advise on investment options, wealth creation, and risk management.
– Assist clients with offshore investment applications and other financial solutions.
– Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Minimum Requirements:
– At least 2 years of experience in financial services.
– A relevant qualification (BCom, CFP, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
– RE5 qualification required.
– Strong knowledge of investment products, tax planning, and estate planning.
– Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
– Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
– Proficient in MS Office and financial planning software.

– Analytical and detail-oriented approach to financial planning.
– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
– Professionalism and ethical conduct in line with FAIS regulations.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Area: Stellenbosch
Salary offered: Market related depending on number of years experience plus commission.
Starting date: As soon as possible.
