What You’ll Do:
 
– Assist senior chefs with daily prep and service in a kitchen that champions seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
 
– Learn and apply sustainable kitchen practices, including minimal waste and nose-to-tail usage
 
– Uphold the highest hygiene and food safety standards

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
 
–  2+ years formal training in a professional kitchen (fine dining or farm-to-fork a plus)
