About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Agricultural and Logistics department in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, with a proven track record of managing against defined profit and cash-flow targets. With 15+ years of experience in senior management roles, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the efficient execution of our agricultural and logistics operations.

Requirements
- Relevant degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field
- MBA or similar postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 15 years’ operational experience, with 10+ years in a senior management role
- Proven track record of managing against defined profit and cash-flow targets
- Strong strategic planning and execution capability

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field
- MBA or similar postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
