Job Description
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
- Time: 08:00 – 13:00
- Duration: 8 half days
- Period: 3 – 17 November
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and caring manner
- Manage appointments and patient communication using Exact
- Process and track payments accurately
- Maintain and update patient files and records
- Support the dental team with general administrative and reception duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous dental or medical reception experience
- Proficiency in Exact software is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and payment processing abilities
- Well-presented, reliable, and available for the full assignment period
