About the Role
Our client, an international trading business with a strong global footprint, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support their Stellenbosch office. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, provide a professional front-of-house experience, and support both senior leadership and the wider team with administrative, travel and coordination requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Office & Facilities Management: Oversee the daily running of the Stellenbosch office
- Maintain a polished, professional and welcoming office environment
- Manage building access, meeting rooms, suppliers and office facilities
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning services and office stock
- Administration & Executive Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and the broader team
- Manage calendars, internal schedules and meeting bookings
- Assist with onboarding and internal staff coordination
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, accommodation, transfers)
- Prepare and manage travel itineraries and approvals
- Maintain travel records and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Reception & Visitor Management: Act as first point of contact for guests, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Manage reception duties, hospitality, meeting preparation and boardroom setup
- Provide support to the Johannesburg and Durban offices when required
Requirements
Proven experience in office management or senior administrative support
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Experience managing travel logistics and coordinating multi-party schedules
