About the Role

The Personal Assistant will be required to provide efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to the Executive, playing a vital role in the smooth operation of our organisation. As part of our diversified investment company, we operate primarily in distribution and technology related services from a B2B perspective, serving clients across 32 countries globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • General secretarial support and assistance
  • Preparation and distribution of monthly reports
  • Maintaining filing systems (electronically and manually)
  • Assisting in compiling and preparing board packs for Board Meetings and ensuring timely delivery
  • Diary management – coordination of meetings
  • Travel arrangements
  • Events planning and coordination
  • Liaising and communicating with clients and executives in a professional manner
  • Refreshment and stationary stock maintenance
  • Screening calls
  • Boardroom bookings
  • Assisting with Ad hoc tasks
