About the Role
Our client is seeking a Product Associate (Business Analyst) to support the full product development lifecycle of their financial wellness and inclusion platform. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Product Manager to research, document, test, and enable the launch of high-quality financial wellness products across multiple territories and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and partner evaluations.
- Gather user feedback from internal teams and data sources to identify patterns and opportunities.
- Draft and maintain Business Requirements and process documentation using standardised templates.
- Build and own the product knowledge base — specs, decision logs, FAQs, and meeting minutes.
- Track progress in Jira, and flag blockers.
- Write test cases and execute alpha and beta testing, logging bugs and coordinating fixes with QA.
- Collaborate with marketing and UI teams to create training materials, user guides, and FAQ documents for internal teams ahead of product launches.
- Support the Product Manager in presenting new features and enhancements across teams.
- Build standardised product templates (BRDs, launch checklists, scorecards).
Requirements
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, BCom (Informatics, Information Systems, Finance, or similar), or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional work experience in business analysis, consulting, project coordination, operations, or a similar structured role.
