• Assist counter staff and sales team with daily operations
• Collect, pack, move, and deliver stock and materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store and storage areas
• Support customers and staff when needed
• Help with receiving, checking, and managing stock
• Ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the store
• Take initiative and show willingness to learn new skills
• Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship
• Develop product and store knowledge to grow into senior roles

REQUIREMENTS:

• Reside in or near Stellenbosch
• Physically fit and willing to do manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Self-motivated and eager to improve
• Respectful, professional, and team-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills (Afrikaans and/or English)
• Willing to commit long-term and grow with the company
