Job Description
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and processes.
- Negotiate and close property sales agreements.
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of property sales processes, laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in property sales.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Registered with the PPRA / FFC (Valid).
- Qualification: NQF4 in Real Estate.
- Experience with property management systems/software is advantageous.
