MILLING FACTORY MANAGER Report to: Operations Manager Seniority Level: Management Functions: Factory Manager We are seeking a Factory Manager to oversee and manage our manufacturing plant in Mpumulanga – SUNDRA Duties and Responsibilities: Implement and monitor Production environment and sustainability to meet all relevant and legal Company requirements Report and implement training and development of the production team Implement and monitor Production quality control processes Achieve the Production and Branch Annual Budget Ensure proactive stock management, adequate stocks of the correct quality in time for production Compile daily Production plan and sequencing to ensure maximum efficiencies QUALIFICATIONS Tertiary qualification in Production or Engineering Possession of a valid Code 08/EB drivers license. Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word Experience 2 – 5 Years experience in a similar position.
