Receiving  

• Receiving all stock via the Qwix system
• Ensure all stock coming in has the correct pallet ID
• All inbound inspections (Packaging material & customer returns)
• Physical inspections, taking of samples for lab, and capturing on the Qwix system
• Finalizing admin tasks and scanning 

Retrieving samples – Samples must be taken of all stock received, bulk oil in flow bins and packaging material, and taken to the lab

Put-away functions – Placing of stock in correct bin allocations, when received from bottling or with inbound – adhering to Qwix instructions on scanners

Picking    

• Picking of stock according to the Qwix system – instruction on scanners
• Picking of stock from load sheets if Qwix system is offline
• Picking stock to replenish Bottling daily

Issuing and transfers – Transferring and issuing of stock, consumables, and chemicals to bottling and other departments – according to the QWIX scanning system and requisitions

Stock take – Doing stock takes and cycle counts as communicated

Rework – Rework of damaged or QC rejected stock

Housekeeping – Ensuring all housekeeping is done, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis according to schedule

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (non-negotiable)
• Valid forklift license (non-negotiable)
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a warehouse environment (non-negotiable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and QWIX
• SAP system knowledge will be considered an advantage
•  Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Afrikaans
•  Proven experience in receiving processes
•  Hands-on experience with both inbound and outbound logistics
• Prior exposure to a factory or manufacturing environment will be beneficial
