Job Description
Design, develop, and implement mechanical solutions to improve plant performance and reduce downtime
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including crushers, kilns, and conveyors
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment failure
Provide technical support and training to production staff
Executing the quality of maintenance work to be carried out on mechanical equipment, respecting budget, policies and deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing, construction or a related field
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and maintenance cycle.
Knowledge of quality management methods (ISO 9002)
