About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and professional Trails Guide to join our luxury safari lodge team in Timbavati, South Africa. As a Trails Guide, you will lead guided walking safaris and game drives, ensuring guest safety and exceptional experiences while sharing your knowledge of wildlife, ecology, and conservation with guests in an engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead guided walking safaris and game drives, ensuring guest safety and exceptional experiences
- Share knowledge of wildlife, ecology, and conservation with guests in an engaging manner
- Photography skills are a bonus, enhancing guest experiences and lodge marketing
- Work collaboratively with lodge staff to deliver seamless service
- Uphold lodge standards and safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- NQF 2 Back Up Trails or NQF 2 Trails qualification
- Strong passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest interaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and guest-focused approach
Qualifications
- NQF 2 Back Up Trails: Completed NQF 2 Back Up Trails qualification
- NQF 2 Trails: Completed NQF 2 Trails qualification
