About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Service Manager to lead our workshop team in Tzaneen. As a key member of our dealer group, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the service department and workshop staff, including service advisors and technicians
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of vehicle service and repairs
- Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and workshop performance
- Implement processes and standards to maintain high-quality service delivery
- Resolve customer issues and provide professional support
- Coordinate with parts, sales, and administration teams for seamless operations
- Oversee invoicing, warranty claims, and workshop reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Manager in a franchised automotive dealership
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills
- Knowledge of service department operations, workshop processes, and manufacturer standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to analyse KPIs and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Valid drivers licence
