Tzaneen: Service Manager

✨ Key Responsibilities: ✅Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow ✅ Lead, mentor, and manage the team of technicians and support staff ✅ Ensure adherence to OEM standards for UD & FAW ✅ Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the service department ✅ Handle escalated customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction ✅ Manage job cards, warranty processes, and quality control ✅ Conduct performance reviews and support staff development ✅ Oversee health, safety, and compliance requirements ✅ Prepare and present monthly service department performance reports Requirements: ✔ National Senior Certificate ✔ Diesel Mechanic Trade Test (essential) ✔ Minimum 5 years experience on the bench as a qualified Diesel Mechanic ✔ 5 years as a Foreman or Service Manager at a franchised dealership
