Tzaneen: Service Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Service Manager to lead our workshop team in Tzaneen. As a key member of our dealer group, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the service department and workshop staff, including service advisors and technicians
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of vehicle service and repairs
• Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and workshop performance
• Implement processes and standards to maintain high-quality service delivery
• Resolve customer issues and provide professional support
• Coordinate with parts, sales, and administration teams for seamless operations
• Oversee invoicing, warranty claims, and workshop reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Manager in a franchised automotive dealership
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills
• Knowledge of service department operations, workshop processes, and manufacturer standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to analyse KPIs and implement process improvements

Qualifications

• Valid drivers licence
