About the Role
TNT Recruitment is seeking experienced Clothing retail staff to join our team in Ulundi and surrounding areas. We are urgently looking for Store supervisors and Store Managers with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases and provide product information
- Maintain store appearance and ensure a clean and organized environment
- Process transactions and handle cash handling duties
- Supervise and train junior staff members
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
Requirements
- Experience in the field of Clothing retail
- Management experience (supervisory or managerial)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications not specified
Salary & Benefits
- Supervisors: R6000 – R7300pm based on experience
- Managers: R8500 – R10 500pm based on experience
