About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Personal Assistant to join our team in Umhlanga Rocks. As the central point of coordination between the Owners, executives, staff, clients, and suppliers, you will play a critical role in managing complex diaries, meetings, travel, logistics, and confidential communications. With exceptional organisation skills, a strong personality, and excellent judgement, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel, logistics, and confidential communications
- Prepare presentations, reports, minutes, and monthly management packs
- Oversee office administration, infrastructure, and day-to-day operational support
- Support HR administration including recruitment documentation, payroll support, and leave schedules
- Run professional and personal errands with discretion and efficiency
- Improve systems, processes, and workflows using technology and AI tools
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a senior PA / Executive Assistant role (Degree preferred)
- Outstanding administration, time management, and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with tools such as Teams, Adobe Sign, Xero, Mailchimp, and more
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
