Job Title: Senior HR Manager

Location: Umhlanga, KZN

Industry: BPO

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior HR Manager to join our clients team in Umhlanga, KZN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BPO industry and a proven track record of success in HR management.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and legal requirements
– Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support
– Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective delivery of HR services
– Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture
– Monitor and analyze HR metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred
– HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
– Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in the BPO industry
– Strong knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations
– Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
