About the Role
The Working Earth is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join their team in Upington. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Attain branch budget requirements, including GP% targets
- Liaise with customers and promote the full product/service range
- Focus on assigned markets and meet set call ratios
- Generate quotations and invoices for customers
- Grow and retain the existing customer base
- Follow up on deliveries, quotations, and customer queries
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records and file documentation appropriately
- Manage time effectively and plan daily activities using the CRM system
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Sales-related accreditation/certification advantageous
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a telesales environment
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
