About the Role
As a Lodge Manager at Craven Cottage CC, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Vaalwater lodge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business success through efficient systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily lodge operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and stock control.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Maintain accurate records and perform basic accounting tasks.
- Ensure operational systems and processes are efficient and effective.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- A formal hospitality qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience running a Game Lodge at 4 / 5* level
- Fully computer literate
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Leadership ability with excellent communication skills
- Passion for guest service and attention to detail
