About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at SA Staffing Solutions in Vanderbijlpark. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of VIP Premium/SAGE and excellent communication skills, with 5 years of experience in payroll administration. The successful candidate will be required to reside around the Vaal triangle with reliable transport and be available immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely payments are made to employees
- Handle data accurately, including salaries, benefits, and deductions
- Resolve pay queries and discrepancies from various departments and sites
- Generate payroll reports and analytics
- Process complex pay structures for Bi-Weekly and Monthly payments
- Calculate overtime and maintain accurate records for auditing and compliance
- Handle tax compliance, pension fund, and UIF contributions
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of VIP Premium/SAGE
- Excellent communication skills
- 5 years experience in payroll administration
- Reliable transport and ability to reside around the Vaal triangle
- Ability to work with others and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate
- VIP Premium certification
- Payroll Administration Certificate (PAC)
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) – a plus
- Knowledge of local regulations (PAYE, UIF, SDL)
