About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic General Management Couple to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Waterberg, where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality property. As a seasoned hospitality professional with excellent leadership and communication skills, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lodge operations, including staff supervision, guest relations, and financial management.
- Oversee daily activities, including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years experience in hospitality management.
- Previous experience managing a lodge, boutique hotel, or hospitality property.
- Experience in staff management, guest relations, and operational oversight.
