About the Role
Our client in Bloemfontein is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their individual needs and providing personalised, professional solutions.
- Actively identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, client referrals, and follow-ups.
- Present and demonstrate products professionally, showcasing features, benefits, and value while tailoring the approach to each client’s preferences.
- Provide accurate and transparent product information, pricing, and terms, ensuring clients are fully informed and confident in their purchase decisions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and effective closing techniques.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial client enquiry to closing the sale, including preparing detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Manage client queries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotions, campaigns, and special events.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events, presenting a professional image and promoting the brand effectively.

- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Computer literate
