Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing lodge operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage. Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and proactive service improvements. Support financial goals through effective budget management, cost controls, and revenue generation initiatives. Lead and mentor lodge staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to lodge policies and procedures. Champion environmental sustainability practices and local conservation efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality management, in a supervisory or managerial role within a luxury lodge or similar setting. Bachelors degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field will be an advantage. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of wildlife conservation, eco-tourism principles, and local environmental regulations is desirable. Ability to work irregular hours and adapt to the demands of a dynamic lodge environment. Passion for hospitality, dedication to guest satisfaction, and commitment to maintaining high standards.
