Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration: Maintain employee files, leave records, time sheets, and related HR documentation.
  • Month-End Reports: Assist with compiling and submitting monthly reports for management.
  • Financial Administration: Process invoices, perform coding, and assist with reconciliations where needed.
  • Document Control: Maintain organised filing systems—both electronic and manual—ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in maintaining compliance documents for audits and certifications.
  • Health & Safety (H&S): Support H&S compliance by keeping safety records and checklists current.
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support to farm management and perform any other duties as required by the business.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role (experience in an agricultural or production environment an advantage).
  • Computer literacy – proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (no accommodation provided on the farm).
