• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including VBA)
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI (or similar)
• Experience with SQL, Power Query, or statistical tools (e.g., SPSS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of ETL processes, data transformation, and data warehousing
• Ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Advantageous: exposure to workflow automation or low-code platforms
