About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front of House Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Merand Corbett & Associates in Cape Town. As a key member of our corporate front office, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and assist all visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Manage reception operations, including answering calls, directing queries, and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Open and close of office – for early and late meetings, as required.
  • Ensure the reception area, waiting rooms, and meeting spaces are tidy, well-presented, and stocked.
  • Coordinate hospitality for meetings, including refreshments and room setup.

Qualifications
