• Perform electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on industrial machinery and production equipment
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, PLC, and HMI-related issues to minimise downtime
• Conduct planned preventative maintenance in accordance with plant schedules
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards within the manufacturing environment
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and commissioning of machinery and electrical systems
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation
• Work collaboratively with mechanical teams and production staff to ensure optimal plant performance

Requirements:

• Matric (with Mathematics)
• Trade Certificate (Electrical)
• Light Current Qualification
• PLC and HMI experience
• 4–5 years post-trade experience in a similar role
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery
• Experience gained within large manufacturing or FMCG environments will be highly beneficial
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication skills and a proactive work ethic
