About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. As an Engineer Managed Services, you will be responsible for administering networks, servers, and cloud environments, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting across various client environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer networks, servers, and cloud environments (Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure
- Configure and manage firewalls and VPNs (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet)
- Provide Level 1 technical support and troubleshoot across client environments
- Monitor performance, manage tickets, and document solutions
Requirements
- SA ID holder
- 45 years of experience as System / Network Engineer or Administrator
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, firewalls, VPNs, and VMWare
- Experience with ticketing tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow)
- Excellent English communication skills
