- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Agriculture, or a related field
- Additional certification in sales management or agribusiness will be an advantage
Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales management or key account management, ideally within:
- Agriculture
- Food production
- FMCG
- Strong background in negotiating with retailers, wholesalers, or distributors is highly beneficial
