As Finance Systems Lead, you’ll weave together finance and technology like a rich cultural tapestry. From Dynamics 365 to Power BI, you’ll be entrusted with keeping systems dependable, permissions secure, and processes efficient. Leading a team of analysts, you’ll optimise workflows, drive automation, and ensure the financial heartbeat of the organisation runs strong—much like the rhythms of our diverse South African heritage.

Skills & Experience:  
Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate—your modern toolkit of craft
Experience mentoring or leading teams, reflecting our belief in passing down knowledge like shared traditions
Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication to connect communities across technology and finance
Programming knowledge (Python advantageous) to innovate while honouring structure
Exposure to finance processes to ensure every decision respects the foundation of trust and accountability

Qualification:
Relevant degree or diploma in IT/Finance with Microsoft ecosystem mastery, ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
