Job Description:
As the Group FP&A Systems Specialist, your duties could include the following:
Lead the full end-to-end implementation of a new Group FP&A and reporting platform
Drive optimisation and automation of reporting processes across the Group
Act as the link between finance and technology, ensuring seamless system integration
Provide expert guidance on system design, configuration, and best-practice FP&A workflows
Leverage a deep understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and analysis
Enhance data accuracy, visibility, and reporting efficiency for key stakeholders
Partner with Group Finance to streamline month-end, planning, and reporting cycles
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure successful adoption across teams
Support the business through a major transformation project on a 9-month contract
 
Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in a systems implementation or FP&A role
Proven experience implementing systems and streamlining processes
Strong business, commercial and finance acumen
 
Qualification:
Relevant finance or Accounting degree
