About the Role
Established FMCG group supporting individual retailers is seeking a junior/mid-level IT support engineer to provide maintenance and support for their IT infrastructure. This opportunity provides exposure across a broad range of technologies, making it an excellent chance for someone looking to expand their expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage desktops
- Perform server management & maintenance
- Manage internet services
- Manage all Android devices
- Manage e-mail server and user access
- Purchase equipment
- Maintain network devices (routers/switches)
- Liaise and manage external service providers
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT experience
- Certified on MS platform or IT diploma
- Allrounder in all aspects of IT infrastructure
- Experience supporting small/medium size companies
- High level of responsibility who can take ownership
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
Qualifications
- Completed IT diploma or certification in Microsoft products
