Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bookkeeping Diploma or similar (advantageous)
- 3+ years experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
- Computer literacy: MS Excel, Pastel, CIMS3/Cardinal 360
Role Purpose
Join our Finance team to ensure efficient financial reporting and smooth daily operations of office and household facilities. Youll support stakeholders with timely reports, manage facilities, and oversee housekeeping staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Handle reconciliations and financial reporting
- Office & Household Facilities: Oversee housekeeping, garden maintenance, and coordinate with service staff
- Stock Control: Manage groceries, stationery, crockery, cutlery, and liquor stock; conduct regular spot checks and annual audits
- Event Support: Ensure proper table preparation and setup
- Procurement: Support best practices with reception and track costs
- Pool Car Management: Administer vehicle licensing, service dates, and fines
- Data Analysis: Investigate and analyze variances; generate monthly reports
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and assist Director as a FAIS Key Individual
