Key Duties & Responsibilities:
– Manage Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (user access, permissions, MFA)
– Administer Windows endpoints (updates, compliance, asset lifecycle)
– Handle networking basics (Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, ISP coordination)
– Support onboarding/offboarding and general IT support
– Liaise with a managed service provider (MSP)
– Maintain clear IT documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
– Oversee core SaaS tools and basic telephony administration

Requirements:
– 3–5 years’ experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role
– Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows environment knowledge
– Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
– Excellent communication and documentation skills
– Right to work in South Africa
