About the Role
Claassen Attorneys Inc is a dynamic boutique law firm based in Tygervalley, Cape Town, specialising in Family Law and Property Transfers. We are seeking a highly organised and meticulous Legal Secretary to join our busy practice, providing professional, efficient, and compassionate legal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documents
- Assist attorneys with document preparation, research, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support for court appearances and hearings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Perform various tasks as required by the attorneys
Requirements
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent command of English and Afrikaans
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a deadline-driven environment
