Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom and CA(SA), CIMA, or ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years post-articles general accounting experience; management accounting in retail advantageous.
• Leadership experience desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Office / G-suite proficiency; strong analytical, numerical, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and time management essential.
• High energy, performance-driven, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
