About the Role
Complete Healthcare Services is seeking experienced Paramedics to join our team in the Western Cape. As a Paramedic with Complete Healthcare Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency care services to patients in need. You will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions as required.
- Conduct patient assessments and administer medical treatments as prescribed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Successfully completed an appropriate Basic Life Support (BLS) or Intermediate Life Support (ILS) course that allows registration with the HPCSA as Basic Ambulance Assistance (BAA).
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care protocols.
- Good communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Qualifications
- Completed BLS or ILS Educational Qualification recognized by the HPCSA
