Job Description
About the Role
As our Procurement Graduate, you will work directly with the Procurement Manager to support the day-to-day procurement operations of the business in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to supplier management, purchasing processes, and procurement administration, allowing you to build a career in procurement and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders while ensuring all required approvals and documentation are in place.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery timelines, and resolve order discrepancies.
- Monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Maintain organised and accurate procurement records, including supplier documentation and purchase orders.
- Update supplier information and ensure documentation such as pricing, contracts, and compliance records are accurate.
- Assist with matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation before submission to Finance.
- Help compile procurement data and reports to support purchasing analysis and cost tracking.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 01 year of experience (internships or academic projects considered advantageous).
