Job Description
- Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings for senior agents
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled meetings
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments
- Support senior agents by providing relevant client information
- Meet set targets for appointments and contribute to team sales success
Requirements
- Matric (essential)
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales support, or appointment setting an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working on commission-based incentives
- Must be based in or able to travel to Greenpoint
