Join Hire Resolve’s client, a leading player in the mining industry, as a Payroll Supervisor. This role is key in ensuring the precision and timeliness of payroll operations while supervising a dedicated payroll team.

As a Payroll Supervisor, you will oversee the complete payroll process, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage payroll audits. Your leadership will help maintain accurate payroll records and improve payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise payroll processing for all mining personnel, ensuring accurate and timely payments
• Lead and develop a team of payroll specialists, providing mentorship and guidance
• Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and company policies
• Conduct payroll audits and resolve any discrepancies swiftly
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to enhance process efficiency
• Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in the mining industry
• Strong knowledge of SAP payroll systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid Driver’s License
