Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development & Strategy: Identify new business opportunities, implement sales plans, and collaborate with marketing to support growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, manage accounts, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Operations & Administration: Maintain CRM data, compile quotations and contracts, and optimize sales processes.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor customer payments, ensure compliance with credit terms, and manage debt-related matters.
- Professional Development: Attend training and contribute to departmental initiatives.
What Youll Bring
Must-Have:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in a similar role with a proven sales track record.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, CRM systems, and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Great to Have:
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and brand implementation.
