About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Macadamia Production Supervisor to join our team in White River, responsible for overseeing the production and management of our macadamia orchard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate farm labour to ensure efficient production
- Implement and maintain optimal macadamia production systems and orchard management practices
- Monitor crop health, yield, and quality, making adjustments as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and reports using basic computer literacy
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field (advantageous)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in macadamia or tree crop production (or relevant agricultural experience)
- Basic knowledge of macadamia production systems and orchard management
- Good communication skills in English (Xitsonga / Afrikaans advantageous)
